Referral and ambassador terms

Refer a friend
Every account has a personal referral link in Account settings. These terms apply to referrals and ambassador codes. We can change or end the programme at any time; rewards already earned will be honoured.
What your friend gets
- A friend who signs up through your link gets 15% off their first pass.
- The discount applies to their first purchase only and can't be combined with another code.
What you get
- You get 30 extra days added to your pass for each friend who buys a pass on the website. Purchases made in the iPhone app don't count, because Apple handles them.
- The reward is added 14 days after their purchase, as long as it hasn't been refunded in that time.
- Only a friend's first purchase counts.
- Rewards are capped at 180 days a year.
- If you don't have a pass when a reward is due, the days are kept and added when you next buy one.
- Reward days have no cash value and can't be transferred.
Fair use
- You can't refer yourself, including through a second account, a different email address or someone else's card.
- Don't post your link on coupon or deal sites, or send it as unsolicited messages.
- We may withhold or remove rewards, or close accounts, where we find self-referral or abuse.
Ambassador codes
- Ambassadors are people we have agreed in writing to work with. They have their own code that gives a discount set in their agreement, and they may receive a commission on sales.
- Ambassadors must make clear that posts sharing their code are advertising, by labelling them #ad or "Ad" at the start, in line with the ASA and CMA guidance on influencer marketing in the UK and the FTC Endorsement Guides in the US.
