One pass, web app and iPhone app. Sign in to the Ebb Deck iPhone app with the same account and your pass works there too. The same passes are also sold in the app through the App Store; those are one-off purchases billed by Apple, and your local App Store price may differ. Does it renew?

No. Neither a website pass nor an App Store pass renews. Your access ends on the date shown in your account. Buy again only if you need more time, and the new time is added to the end.

Can I get a refund?

For a website pass, yes: ask within 14 days of buying and before you have answered 100 questions, and we refund you in full. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. See the refund policy.

Can my school pay?

Every website purchase comes with an emailed receipt. For group or school purchases, contact us.
